Customer Review: Awesome camera...? Yes almost!

Ok I have finally decided to write this review, I have own my flip for about a month now. I love the camera, so why four stars you say... Well I am on my second camera, as after two weeks the first one sent to me just stop working properly I changed the batteries and did everything the site stated and nothing so I got a replacement sent out free of charge, knock on wood , I have had no problems thus far. But I was am still a little disconcerted about the reliability of the build of the camera...I think it is more sensitive to damage than originally thought... This is just ,y opinion as the original sent might have just been bad model but if not the only thing to mess it up would be it moving around in my shoulder bag. If so this is bad as it is marketed Asa go anywhere device to record anytime on the go.
As of right now the camera I am using. Is doing great, it is extremely easy to use. Records a very nice high quality picture.. If this is not HD it is pretty close. The audio recording is what surprise me, it records very clear audio and is very easy to edit with built in software.
Set up takes less than a minute and then it's just click to record.. The easiest camcorder I have ever used. I love it for family outing or hang in with my kids. As it takes no time to set up so catching those random moments is much easier now,
Battery life as far as I can tell it pretty good I am still running on my first set of double a's it came with. I personally think the choice to use double a's is great, as it allows more flexibility to use when traveling, and if you want you can still buy a rechargeable battery pack. But I think the battery option is the way to go for the time being, I have recorded more than two hrs on batteries,
Overall a great camera and for the new lower price an awesome purchase that I would recommend to any parent or college student. The clot choice of white and yellow is really nice actually, much better than the black which shows scratches and dirt easier.
