I love the size and convenience of my mino. I haven't figured it all out yet but I think that's more my fault than the Mino's fault. I love that you can send the video's right from the software. I can't figure out how to post the video's on facebook and would like to be able to do that. The picture is clear and there should be a setting for night time recording and there may be one but I haven't found it yet. The sound is really great on it and I like that because I record my grand children and they don't always speak clearly or loud enough. All in all I would recommend this to anyone of any age that likes to have memories. And if I figure out how to put the video's on a DVD to give as gifts I would really love it.Customer Review: Better than expected!

This is a truly great product. I have made more short films with this camera than I did with any of my tape cameras. It is small and fits inside my pocket. I am documenting my children life's with this camera. It is so worth the money. The ease of use is crazy simple. Go get one and start having some fun...Customer Review: Do not buy this camcorder.

I purchased this camcorder 9 months ago and the battery will no longer charge. I contacted Flip Video customer service which offered a few suggestions on what the problem might be. Nothing fixed the problem and the camcorder no longer works. The company only warrants for 90 days after purchase. I gave it one star because I liked the idea of such a tiny camera and for how small it was, the picture was decent. I do think however that if you pay $200 for a product, it should work more than 9 months.Customer Review: System requirements absurd - Customer service non-existent.

I was so looking forward to use and enjoy the Flip. I really want to love this wee thing. But I can't.
My computer doesn't meet minimum system requirements. Never mind that there's no mention anywhere on Amazon's site of the minimum requirements. I dealth with TheFlip tech support, who delayed responding and from one thing to another, they finally told me that the requirements were of 3GHz P4 chip! I had told them 3 weeks prior to that my PC is a 1.6Ghz machine. Because of the delays, the Amazon.com return window of 30 days has passed. I am stuck with a product I cannot use, and can't return because of the delays from tech support.
I am not happy.

I received this camcorder right before I went on vacation. Its easy to use and compact. Battery life is as stated. Pictures are good, can be a litte grainy, but you get what you pay for.
