Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Fellowes PowershredŽ Shredder Bags for All Personal Models, 100 Bags & Ties/Carton (36052)Customer Review: A Plastic Bag is a Plastic Bag Summary: 4 Stars
The bags are fine, although getting them (and the ties) out of the box is not a simple process. I sure wish they had an elastic collar or means to tie them to or around the container so that debris does not spill out if the bag is not fitted just so.
Customer Review: These bags are not so good. Summary: 2 Stars
The bags that came with the shredder were perfect.
These replacement bags fit but are smaller and lighter
weight.
Tall kitchen size garbage bags work well as a substitute
and are more easily tied closed.
Customer Review: It's In The Bag Summary: 3 Stars
You absolutely need waste bags with a fine cut power shred machine. However, these are an expensive alternative to reasonably priced tall kitchen bags which are next to nothing on sale. Pass on these. zoz
Customer Review: Am I missing something? Summary: 1 Stars
Shredded paper goes in your recycle bin; plastic bags do not. I had not thought of using a bag, but there are biodegradeable tall kitchen bags and smaller food waste bags that I guess could be used.
Customer Review: I think I'll try tall kitchen bags... Summary: 3 Stars
Fits the bin of my Fellowes shredder nicely so minimizes loose chads, but way too expensive for 100 plastic bags. these should definitely be made only from recycled plastics, I think.
