If you use a laptop on a regular basis, most of the times you use your computer at somewhere besides your desk at home (I don't even have one at the moment!)
What you may not realize is how much stress you put on your wrist if you use a mouse without using a wrist pad. the angle you hold the mouse at is bad for your wrist, and then the added pressure you place directly on the hard table surface makes it worse. This pad is a great solution, its nice and squishy, and its very portable. Get this or give this, its should be required if you use a laptop.

I recently purchased a couple of these for a friend and me. He thinks it works great. I think it has some warmth issues when prolonged use and a little bit hard when you start using it, still it's a pretty good wrist rest. I'd recommend it.Customer Review: Felloses Gel is great

I was so excited when I received this product! My wrists were always sore and in pain from being on the computer so much. Since that's a must (I do all my work AND schoolwork online as well as play) I decided to get me one of these. The first few uses were excellent, no pain at all. But I noticed still when I am on for a long while the wrist supporter does almost nothing for the cause and I still go to bed with Sore wrists. Maybe it just isn't made for someone whose on as much as I am. It only provides comfort for a short while then the same horrible pains come back.
