Customer Review: Good Shredder for the Price

This is a good paper shredder for the price. It looks good and seems to work really well. I also ordered bags and oil. You don't need to order oil because the shredder already comes with the oil and it also comes with a few bags. I will probably have oil for the next 2-3 years without buying any more. The extra bags that I ordered were never shipped to me and I was issued a credit. I am not sure why this happened. The only thing I can think of is we have a different billing and shipping address. Our shipping is the physical address and our mailing address goes to our PO box. They might of tried to ship to you PO Box. I emailed back but never received a response. Besides this issue, the only negative I can find is you need to make sure when you shred the paper that you stuff the paper pretty far down into the slot before the machine starts up. Don't get in any hurry because it has to be just right before it will shred. Who knows, this may be a safety issue. All in all, I would recommend this shredder.
