I bought a new LCD HD TV, and was in the market for a new HDMI cable. I checked at all the big box stores, and the cheapest I found was close to $30, all the way up to $100! Stores like Best Buy will try to upsell you on Monster cables, telling you how much better a picture you'll get buying one of these overpriced monstrocities (that's why the company's called Monster!)-- this is pure fiction! I bought this cable from HDMI King and it works BEAUTIFULLY! Great picture, good build quality, GREAT PRICE. I will buy my cables from HDMI King from now on!Customer Review: Cable is defective!

I ordered this cable due to the awesome reviews on here. I got it today and plugged it in right away to test it out. Well, it turns out that the cable has to be twisted or pulled a certain way in order for any picture to show up. When it was working, it was great. But about 2 min into the video, the screen went black again. I had to go in back and jiggle it around again to make the picture show again. The 3rd time it went out, I unplugged it, wrapped it back up, and into the box it went. Not sure which one to replace this one with now...Customer Review: Wish I would have tried these sooner.

Having previously gone through two expensive hdmi cables, I decided to try something a lot cheaper. I bought three of these cables for [...] each, figuring if they werent up to par I would only be wasting half of what I paid for one of my other cables. I could not be happier with the results. The video and audio are just as crisp as my other cables. I will never just throw my money away again on exspensive cables.If you are looking for a cheap 6ft hdmi cable that will perform just as good as higher priced cables then this product is for you.Customer Review: This budget HDMI cable gets the job done!

I needed an HDMI cable to connect my Sony DVP-NS700H/B Upscaling DVD player to my Sony KDLS4100 HDTV without having to spend a fortune. This HDMI cable by HDMI King got the job done. I connected one end of the cable to the DVD player and the other end to the television, and presto! I was watching my Planet Earth DVDs at 1080p. I would recommend this product to anyone needing an HDMI cable without feeling the need to waste money on super high-tech cables made with unobtainium. i got this product and it worked great, woo hoo.
it had trouble staying in the television, the connection was loose but it worked.
when it came too loose the screen would turn green or purple, but would correct itself, no big deal.
one day i thought my hdmi port broke because the screen froze and wouldnt come out, but after using a different hdmi cable it worked again, this thing melted on me in under 2 months. cheap is not always the way to go. went back to 5 plug hd-av cables to play it safe.
