A cable is a cable. Why pay money for an overpriiced monster cable that best buy has to use tricks to try and prove they are better (want to see proof.... google "Monster "HDMI Difference" scam still kickin' in Fry's Electronics") they compare a monster hdmi cable to a generic composite cable. As i know someone who once worked for a large and "best" brick and mortar electronics store i can tell you there is so much markup on cables.
In terms of the seller. I got my items very quickly and as described. No complaints here. Very pleased. Would buy from HDMIKing again. A cable that retails for $50 would be sold to an employee for less than $4.
If you want a good cable at a great price and can wait the 3 days to receive it, use hdmiking. No one should ever pay more for a cable.

I bought these for my son for his Xbox 360 and plasma TV. He couldn't figure out why his output didn't look as good as his friend's. So he explained how his friend's TV is set up and how his own TV is set up. Well, the friend has an LCD TV and was using HDMI cables. My son has a plasma TV and was using the RCA cables.
When I explained to him what the difference was, he asked for HDMI cables. So, I ended up here on Amazon, where I buy about 80% of my online stuff. The cables were rated highly by MANY others and I value other customers' input immensely.
He got the cables fast (I'm an Amazon Prime customer) and he hooked it up. He called me up and thanked me profusely. He said it's now like his friend's setup and he feels like he's IN the game.
I have not yet done so, but I know I will buying one or more for myself as I have an LCD TV with multiple HDMI inputs. For $7 how can I not?

So I ask my wife to stop by our local Radio "Hut" and pick up an HDMI cable for the new Blu Ray player I just bought so I could enjoy the HD (of course the HDMI cable is NOT included with the player). So she comes home with an HDMI cable and I asked her how much it cost and I about had a stroke when she told me it was $50.00! I say something like "are you friggin crazy!" and "they sell them on Amazon for about $6.00!". She says "I went to another store and it was $50.00 there too". Needless to say I took the cable back the very next day and ordered this cable (even though I knew I would have to wait yet another week to enjoy my fully HD Blu Ray player). I don't know what kind of scam people are running with these totally over priced cables but I highly suggest you read these other reviews and BUY THIS CABLE! So I was actually looking and comparing hdmi cables around amazon. I eventually stumbled upon this cable and another. I added this to my cart along with another item (which I already decided upon) when I accidentally hit full checkout when deciding if I should or not (one click with laggy internet...)
Well I did a lot more research that night and even emailed the hdmi-king. I got some great responses. They really know about how this cable will compare to a monster cable about 100+ more in price. Right now I am streaming full HD from my laptop to my 1080i tv and it looks amazing! I can't wait to test this with my friend's xbox 360 and see upconverted 1080p DVD's on a much bigger TV. Trust me when I say this cable will do what it needs to do.
When 1440p TV's become standard in the future, this cable will be there performing like a Monster cable 10 times its price! highly recommended

I bought 2 of these and a HDMI switch for use between my HD Dish receiver and my TV. The TV had only one HDMI port, already connected to a DVD unit. As soon as I turned the equipment on, there were problems. No input, then purple, pink, or green screens, then a perfect picture. The cycle would repeat at random. I thought it was a connection problem and I spent 30 minutes trying to re-seat the connectors before driving to Walmart for replacements. I tried replacing one, but the problem persisted. I replaced the other, the problem continued. I had to replace both cables to fix the problem. Given the large number of 5 star reviews, I would give this product the benefit of the doubt and assume that these cables just don't play well with HDMI switchers. On a positive note, the vendor, HDMI King, has great customer service and refunded the the price in full without question.
