Bought this battery expecting a much better performance than the factory-installed one, but after several charges (both complete and partial) it is not much better and I would even say it lasts a bit less than the factory installed battery. I will wait until other companies come up with a better, longer-lasting battery before I purchase again.
The included tools worked perfectly to open the ipod without any damages (though it was a bit tricky at first)
