You can spend a whole lot more on a Monster HDMI cable (or up to $50 a foot for some advertised in Stereophile magazine.) I would challenge anyone to tell you have the expensive one or this bargain cable in use in a blind test. You can safely get this cable and spend your money on better electronics - or taking your wife or girlfriend out for dinner and a movie. The guys who write for the upscale Stereo magazines will claim they can hear the difference. I bought this cable to use with my PS3 on my brother's HDTV since I was low on cash it was an affordable option. We were not disappointed, the difference was immediately noticeable. It gives you a High Definition picture with a cost unlike any other cables you could find. I'm not sure how long it will last, I'm sure as long as you are not pulling on it or kinking it, if you just plug it in and leave it like you're supposed to then it should serve you well for a good while. I bought four of these cables, along with a very 3 to 1 switch (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001E2E4T6). I have had zero problems with any of my components: Xbox 360, upconverting DVD, and HD cable box. I run them through my HDMI switch to the one connection on my TV and everything works great.
You simply can't beat the price and you get a great product to boot. If you have any problems the company is quick and courteous in resolving any issues.
It's cheap, it works, buy it!

After reading numerous reviews on low cost vs more expensive HDMI's I I was ready for my own test. Because of the low cost I bought a four of these cables and all of them worked perfectly. That knocks out the "poor quality control on low cost cables" review I read. I used these cables in side by side comparison with one of my more expensive cables and there was no difference in speed, clarity or anything else for that matter. Loan some to friends. I find it wholly hilarious that people I know have bought the "super cool" monster cables at over 10x the price of this cord. It is a solid construction, and my only complaint would be that the covers aren't "attached" to the cable itself. but that's really being nitpicky.
As with all purchases at such a low price, you're going to be taking a risk. However, based off of the other reviews, and now my own personal experience, I will be ordering this cable again when I need another one.
