These are indeed great cables Ive bought over 10 of them now, with no failures, Im not sure what version they are, I assume 1.3, however the only reason I knock off a star is because I think its a little sneaky, how they charge 3.99 per cable for shipping, so that means each cable you are paying a shipping fee for, now even though its cheaper it seems sneaky the lest they could do it price the cable at 3.99 and make the shipping 99 cents, or just have a if you order so many you get a break on shipping, just seems sneaky, however the cables themselves, work greatCustomer Review: Not the best!!!

I purchased two of these cables and was not exactly thrilled when I opened the package!! The wiring between the two leads is a lot thinner than what I expected and so I wasn't at all surprised when the picture on my HD tv was not what it was with the more expensive cable. I had wanted a longer cable in order to move my cable box, but after trying this one out, this old saying is true, you definitely get what you pay for!!! However, to give it not a totally failing review, if you're wanting to use it on your dvd player or such then it's an ok cable for that!!!Customer Review: What A Bargain!

They work perfectly at a fraction of the cost!
This is my first time with HDMI cables, and I was surprised that they were packed with plastic protective caps on the connectors.
The only hitch is that I didn't realize I had to switch from analog to digital sound on my cable box-- at first the set was silent. A quick call to tech support, reset the box to digital, and now the sound is clear as a bell.
Note that you don't have to set time, date and language with digital cables, the info comes from your cable provider.

After looking at the prices of HDMI cables at Best Buy ($80- $120)I decided to look on line. A review on CNET indicated there really wasn't any difference between cheap and expensive cables for digital applications. I got mine from Eforcity on Amazon and they are great. I don't understand how they can be so cheap but they work just fine. Someone must be really ripping off the public with their high prices. I personally like Best Buy, but get real! Anyway, great product, great price and delivered as described. I have used Eforcity twice since this order.Customer Review: awesome for the price...beats expensive ones!!

So our friend told us about the HDMI cords and how he paid like 30 bucks at an electronics store for his and that we should get one...Since im a cheapo and wont pay a price like that, we searched around and realized what an idiot he was for paying such a rediculous price. we paid i think like 6 dollars and ours work just as good as his and dont look junky or anything. this hook up works really well and everything is clear. I love that its so much cheaper than in stores!! THEY'RE RIPPING YOU OFF if you buy them in an electronics store lol.
