Received this light for Christmas and have used it for the past two weeks.
Pros: It is a really convenient size as it is only 4.5 inches long with the body being approximately 1.5 inches in diameter which fits nicely in ones hand. It fits comfortably in my jacket pocket, so I tend to carry it with me wherever I go. The 1 watt LED puts out surprisingly bright light. The beam has a hot center spot, surrounded by a larger illuminated circle that easily reaches a wall 50 feet away in the house. The light is easily comparable to standard 2d flashlights using standard bulbs. The on off switch is in the butt end and has a nice definite click to it. The flashlight can be set on its front lens and in this position serves as a mini lantern when the front is pulled forward revealing the bulb through a clear plastic tube. In this mode it provides an 360 circle of illumination. Overall the light has a solid feel. I can't comment on battery life, but LED's do tend to have much better run times due to their lower power consumption.
Cons: Some may not like that it is fixed beam, or that it uses 4 AAA batteries.
Overall: I like this light better for day to day than my 3 watt LED mini mag basically because it is so convenient to carry.
