The product's idea is great. The actual mechanics of it, are not the best. I find that the ease of use is sometimes difficult. While it appears the cord will pull out and slide in with ease, that is rarely the case. I often have to pull the cord several times for it to wind itself back up in the correct position. While it is a nifty idea, the mechanics leave much to be desired.Customer Review: Works for me!

It's hard to believe this cord is so inexpensive. It does the job. The retractable feature makes it so that the cord is always wound up and does not take up alot of space or get tangled. I bought this cable so that I could charge and transfer instead of spending money on a separate charger and separate cable ('cause there are enough wires in my house!)Customer Review: Great replacement charging/syncing cord.

I bought this to replace the original charger/sync USB cord that came with my iPod touch. That cord had been literally falling apart. I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a third-party cord only to find it didn't work, but this one works fantastic. I have used it sparingly since I got it and have had no problems so far. Time will tell if the ridiculously low price that I paid was actually worth it. It was cheap enough that even if it stops working at some point, it probably won't be a big deal, unless it ruins my iPod in the process like some other reviewers have suggested.Customer Review: Oops! I made an assumption that this cable would work with my Creative Zen Vision:M because it had the same connection, but I was wrong. It is for iPod only! I was drawn to it because it is retractable, major plus. I'm sure it would work for an iPod, but since I am anti-Apple, I haven't tried it to make sure.
