I ordered ONE product from Amazon (a ViewSource PJD5111 Projector) and to my surprise received this portable screen which I did not order. Since the product I ordered indicated that I would have the option to get a free 80" screen, I thought maybe this 85" screen was sent in its place, since I had inquired about the free screen. Also, to my surprise, Amazon billed me $104.61 for the screen in addition to the billing for the projector. I inquired about this problem and did not get an adequate answer for your Customer Service representative. She indicated that she thought I could send it back which would be an additional cost to me for such a big and heavy product. I have been away from the country for three weeks and this is the first time that I have been able to respond to Amazon. Does this notice of my dissatisfaction with your order service do anything to get this resolved? I was very satisfied with the way my order was handled for the projector as well as the price charged, but was not satisfied at all with the way the portable screen was handled by you. If this is the kind of service that Amazon offers, I imagine that this will be my last purchase from your firm. I am planning to buy a new camcorder, but now Amazon may be eliminated from my vendor list.
