With much hesitation, I purchased this cable based soley on the price, and the expectation that I would probably need to buy a better cable. I installed this cable in wall and between floors to my 52 inch Sony Bravia 1080P. All I have to say is WOW!!! I have FIOS, and the picture is awesome. Bottom line, HDMI is a digital signal, and there shouldn't be any signal loss at this distance...don't get fooled by false advertising about buying Cat 2, or HDMI limitations, etc. For 19 bucks, it is well worth it.Customer Review: It is what it is, nothing more, nothing less.

I wanted a cable to connect a laptop computer to my television. I fully expected that I would need to buy a line driver to use with the cable, but I'm happy to say the output from my laptop is powerful enough that I do not need one. Even had I needed the line driver this cable would recieve 5-stars because I studied what i bought before i bought it and it does what it said it would do. Running 1080p w/ audio and all is good.
Pros: affordable 50' 28AWG cable, no manufacturer defects

Purchased it to run HD signal from my cable box under the house into the kitchen. I tested it first, and it would not transmit an HD signal to the monitor. Standard definition signals (channels) were fine, but when I switched to an HD channel it would work for a few seconds, then switch off, then come back, and then off again. I tested the monitor and output with a shorter cable I already had and it worked fine.
could be a fluke, but it looked good to be true, and for me it was.

This HDMI cable works great, just as it should! No reason to pay any more than this! We needed a long cable to go from the satellite box in our bedroom to our back patio so that the husband could take a tv out there to watch football games....this takes care of that for us and at a great price! Tested out the HD clarity on this w/ a 720p signal and it looked great and clear...can't speak for any higher resolutions, but it works as it should at this resolution. Can always count on Amazon!Customer Review: 1080p for one but not the other.

Well I have a different scenario than most. I bought two 50ft cables and with a powered splitter ran it to two separate TVs. One works fine at 1080p but the other tv has some the blues and greens pixelation. I have to change the output on the computer all the way to 480p to fix it. I did switch the cables to make sure it wasn't the cable so my guess is those who had difficulty like me its the TV not actually the cable.
I updated the firmware on the TV it didnt work with to no avail.
