Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of HDMI M / M Cable, 50 FT / 15 MCustomer Review: Great Cable for the Money, with a small issue Summary: 4 Stars
I bought this cable to connect my Sony Blu-Ray player to my Optoma 1080p HD Projector in the ceiling of my Family Room. At this price, I think the 50-ft HDMI Cable is excellent. The projector reports that it is receiving a 1080p picture, and the image quality is excellent. One small problem, though: When the movie is NOT playing, and the Blu-Ray player is on, there are flashes on the screen every 5 seconds or so. This does not happen with the same projector or blu-ray player with a shorter HDMI cable. I have not figured out why it happens. But when the movie is playing on the Blu-Ray player, and connected to the projector with the 50-ft HDMI cable, there is no problem with the picture.
Customer Review: Amazing!!! Summary: 5 Stars
My wife went to Best Buy to buy this cable for $261.00 with taxes. My heart almost exploded. I did not believe she did it. However, it was a surprise. I told her "darling I saw I cable for about 39 dollars with shipping in Amazon.com. So I decided to try it. The cable does not have any name or manufactured of it. However, it does the job great. Believe me, I am very picky about having good quality products. Nevertheless, these cable earn all my respect.

Customer Review: Won't work above 1080i Summary: 3 Stars
I bought this to hook up my blu ray player to my new epson hd720 projector, and it only works with 720p or 1080i at the highest. I know that hdmi is a digital cable, but at 1080p somehow it looks as if it were a component (red blue green rca) cable that wasn't plugged in right. My projector is only 720p, i know that, but when i hooked this up to my 50" 1080p Pioneer kuro, it just looks horrible, and shaky. When plugged into a 720p device, it looks fantastic though. When I bought this, i was hoping for it to be a good one, and I would get lucky, but I didn't. It will work perfect for my 720p projector though.
Customer Review: Fantastic Quality at Amazing Price Summary: 5 Stars
This is an excellent product. After reading about dropped and degraded signals with longer runs, I was cautiously optimistic about my chances of success. However, using this cable connected to another 25ft cable, placed side by side (as I did to test the change before running the line), I find no discernable degradation in video quality at either 720p or 1080i. While much of the quality may be attributed to either the monitors or the source (we are using a range of high end to moderate end monitors and sources), I am exceeding pleased with these cables at coupled runs of both 50 (25+25) and 75 (50+25) feet.
Customer Review: You Get What You Pay For Summary: 1 Stars
Based on other reviews, I purchased this 50 foot cable to connect my PC with my 720i HD TV. I get terrible blue specks distortion in all dark areas of the picture. I thought that I might just have to make some kind of setting adjustment and tried a few things to no avail. I then brought my TV over next to my PC and attached a decent quality 6 foot cable between the TV and PC. I got a perfect picture. So I know it is the new cable that is causing the problem. Now I have to go out and purchase an HDMI extender and hope that will work. I am very unhappy with this product.
