The jamb jacket fits the iPod Touch like a glove. As the other reviewer said the raised corners offer a lot of protection if the iPod is dropped on a corner. I can't say how the ear buds fit in the holder on the rear because I use the Bose ear buds and have put away the ones form Apple.
When trying to put on the surface shield, I noticed that there were specks of dust between the shield and glass screen that was creating air bubbles. I used a piece of Scotch tape and removed the dust from the "sticky" side of the surface shield. After removing the dust the shield went on fine with no bubbles. The touch screen works great with the shield.

Initially this case was great - form fitting and snug, like a second skin. And the ability to store the headphones is brilliant. It only holds the apple ones best, which i don't often use - but its great to know you always have some headphones you can use in a pinch. Great for when stuck in traffic or waiting in line somewhere.
I have had my case for about 3 mos now and even tho I hardly ever take i out of the Jam Jacket - the case has stretch and loosened so much I am about to buy an entirely new case from another manufacturer. It has loosened so much now that it slides around a bit inside the case.
Very disappointed.

I just purchased this Jam Jacket today for my iPod touch. It was very easy to put on and fits very snug on the iPod. I was worried it was going to be loose but that was not the case. I bought this particular case because of the cord management feature. It didn't disappoint. The cords easily wrap around the plastic piece on the back and the buds and plug fit neatly into the cutouts. I really hate when the ear buds are loose and there's no place to put them. This way I don't need to buy another carrying case for both the iPod and the earbuds. I am so happy with this case and would recommend it to anyone looking to buy one for their touch.Customer Review: Great case and screen cover!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this case and cover are worth every penny! I have had dealings with putting a clear cover on before, and this one was the easiest by far to put on, and it looks great. Just take your time when doing it, start at the end with the button, and have a credit card handy to get the bubbles out at first. After that it goes on nice and easy with hardly any bubbles. The credit card will get rid of the bubbles and your screen will be nice and protected. The rubber case fits very well and even though the cord mgmt is only for the ipod headphones, it is nice to be able to wrap my headphone cord around something.Customer Review: Does what it says!

The DLO JAM JACKET with cord management does exactly what it is advertised to do. I bought two for my kids. It keeps the earbuds coiled without damaging them. In the past the have just wrapped them around the iTouch and it has caused fraying and allowed the earbuds to be pulled off. This takes care of that. It fits snuggly, even after a month plus of daily use. Ultimately it will get loose, because that is the nature of the the material, just like the soft cover on an iPhone Otter Box. But if lasts 3-4 months, it has met reasonable expectations. After all, an iPod cover is not considered "Durable Goods" or a life of the device purchase.
