I really like this product. I love that the back of it has a cord keeper so that my earphones aren't all tangled and I like the grip that the sides of the jacket provide. I also like that all the primary plugin outlets are left open so that I can leave it in the case when syncing with my laptop or putting on earphones. I haven't had any problems accessing the internet with the jacket on nor has there been any problems with viewing the screening or using touch controls. The only problem is that the jacket covers the external volume controls so you have to figure out where they are or use the touch screen to control the volume. I think it's a great product and works great with my Ipod touch 3rd generation.
In terms of reviewers who had problems with bubbles when applying the screen protectors, just use a credit card over the protector as you are slowly applying it.

I just picked this up last night. The case itself consists of rubber, or some rubber like material. As you can see from the photos, the corners are doubly protected with added padding. From a design point, this makes perfect sense. Heaven forbid, if you were to ever drop your iTouch, it would most likely land on a corner, so with the added padding, it just might survive such a fall in tact. The sides of the case are texturized with small, raised bumps, allowing you to comfortably grip your iTouch. I love the ear bud management on the back. Some may not like using ear buds, but for those that do, this is a perfect solution to carrying your ear buds with your iTouch. No longer do you have to tote them around separetly. They're all together in one neat package. Great idea!
Oh, and one last thing...it comes with a plastic film to protect your screen!

This is the second DLO product I have bought, and I have to say that once again I highly recommend. It fits my 16GB iTouch like a glove. It also provides an excellent way to store the headphones. This is a big plus for me because I like to use my iTouch in my vehicle via an aux input. The jacket keeps my iTouch from sliding and it keeps me from having to look for my headphones when I get out and walk. The Jam Jacket also provides quite a bit of protection with its reinforced padded corners. It also comes with a screen protector that also fits the iTouch screen perfectly. Don't settle for a iTouch/iPhone compatible jacket/protector. This is the one to buy. The only negative is that it may not fit in a docking station with the jacket on, but you can take it off fairly easily. This doesn't apply to me because I use a USB dongle and not a dock anyway.Customer Review: Good case and good value

This case is a very good fit for my iPod Touch. It protects it well, with built up corners and a non-slip grip. It even comes with a screen protector that prevents scratches and allows you to work the touch screen.
I took my iPod Touch to Mexico and listened to it on the beach without worrying about the sand or sea air affecting it. The built in ear bud holder was a plus for packing it with me on the trip.
The upsides out weigh the downsides, which are only two: The earbud holder is designed for the Apple earbuds that come with the Touch so other styles may not fit in the holder. The iPod Touch won't fit into my car mount holder with the jacket on. You will have to remove the jacket for use in other docks made for the iPod.
I love this case for traveling, but I may look into other options for everyday protection.

This is an awesome and best case for iPod Touch. The case protects the iPod from scratching and falling out of your hands, and the screen shield protects the screen from getting scratched and stained. There is also an added feature to this case that allows you to keep your headphones in place without them getting tangled thanks to the cord management compartment in the back of the case. I absolutely love it and would not trade this case for any other one. I highly recommend it, and the price is reasonable and affordable, which is the more reason to get it. And yes I will point out that when you first put the screen shield on the iPod screen you may see some air bubbles. If that happens do not worry, they will go away soon after. Some people use scotch tape to try and get them out but there is no reason to do that since they will go away on their own.
