Customer Review: Perfect but for one thing...

This case is very well made, and fits my iPod Touch 2nd gen almost perfectly. The leather is smooth and feels comfortable to the touch. The fit is snug without being tight, and the design is very nice. I thought I would prefer a case that opened to the side, but after trying one realized the flip top interferes less.
My one main gripe about the product is that they do not offer an option without the belt clip. I carry my touch in my purse; the clip just takes up unnecessary room. Also, when holding it in my hand, I can feel the clip pressing into my palm and it feels bulky. The touch is sleek, I want the case to be as well. I understand that many men (and some women) prefer to clip it to their belt, but they should offer an option without it for those that do not (or make it removable).
Otherwise, excellent quality and design for the price.

Let's face it, the iPod Touch is not cheap. You want to protect your investment don't you? This by far the best case you can find for the money. It's made of soft padded genuine leather and the best feature of all - no need to be removing the iPod from the case every time you want to charge it. Even if you have to remove that iPod from the case, it easily slides out without the hassle of struggling or wiggling it to force it out. All ports are easily accessible. I actually leave the earbuds plugged in and just wind them around the case to keep them together. The inside pocket is a plus. I use it to carry cash when I don't want to be carrying a wallet since I pretty much carry my iPod everywhere. The magnets keep the case securely shut.
Stylish, slim and affordable.
Also makes a prefect gift for anyone who has an iPod Touch.
Customer Review: Design flaw with metal clip

I obtained an Ipod Touch8G at Christmas. To protect it I got a DLO Hip Case.I just returned from an overseas trip during which I kept the Ipod in the case at all times.The Ipod stopped working(Blank Screen) and when I removed it from the case I found a small dent in the metal back. The position of the dent is where the metal clip is attached to the case. I will be sending the Ipod to Apple to see what the problem is.If they confirm that the dent is the source of the problem there will be no warranty. The design of the clip results in a point load condition on the metal back of the Ipod. It needs to be redesigned to spread the load. I do not know when the damage took place. It may have been sat on or stood on but whatever happened it would have fared better if it had not been in the case.
I have e-mailed DLO service but they have not responded.

I like this case a lot, it protects my Ipod touch and it doesn`t look bulky. Great quality and fast shipping (I ordered on Thursday night, and got it on Monday). It holds a gym pass or driving license, and a clip is small. Smells like a new leather, and only if I sniff really close (some people return the item because of the smell). People say that it loosens grip, but that`s leather reaction to the hit (maybe I`ll try to put case only to the fridge or something if that will happen). It also has a good fit to the screen, so you can type every letter.
Highly recommended, although the look is very manly, I wish I could get it in a different color.
Update after 10 days-the case is tight, and Ipod is safe. Still loving it!
Update Dec `08-looks brand new, didn`t strech at all, I couldn`t be happier with this case. BUY IT!:)
Customer Review: My Ipod Touch's New Home

After treating myself to an Ipod Touch (if you play with one at the Apple Store, you will want one too) I looked high and low for a case to keep it in to protect the back of the Touch and flip over the front when carrying in a brief case, but still not cover the touch screen with a plastic windo to allow me access to the touch keys. Just when I was about to give up, I found the DLO Folio. Since I got the product, my Touch has never left it. I keep it in the holder to charge, sync, listen to music, watch movies (great for covering the Touch up at work when watching a video) and clip to my belt when walking. I also like the small pocket on the other side. I have put my license and a credit card in their and away I go, then when I'm in a restraunt or church, I can connect to the WiFi and surf the net. Great product which is very useful.
