I recently order the delkin replacement battery as a backup battery for my olympus and I was amazed with the customer service that thememstore had. I odered the battery about a month ago and had not received it yet so I emailed the company (after not being able to find a phone number for them!) and got a response within a few hours, from an actual person. I told her I had not received it and she sent it to me two day at no extra cost. I received it two days later. Then I got a phone call from the company and they had a computer glich and wanted to personally follow up and make sure I got my order. I was amazed at the customer service. In 2008 everything is automated and to receieve a phone call from a company showed they really cared about their customers. The replacement batteries (I ordered two) were very reasonably priced and worked for a couple of hours in a pinch, but beware of shipping charges NOT within the published Amazon Marketplace guidelines. When I complained of excessive shipping and handling charges and the breach of protocol, the owners responded that they needed to make a bit of a profit, after all. I would advise them to be simply raise their price by a couple of dollars, a more honest approach to earning profits than hiding it in handling charges.Customer Review: Good for the price

I bought two of these batteries and received an Olympus brand battery with my new Olympus camera. These batteries work fine, but last only 1/2 to 3/4 as long as the Olympus battery. Even after several discharge/charge cycles, as recommended, the battery life is less than the Olympus brand. For the price, they are still a great deal, and I had no problems with the shipment I received.Customer Review: Perfect Fit and Cheap

We recently purchases an Olympus Stylus b/c our previous digital camera ran on AA batteries and we went through entire packs of batteries on vacaction. The battery arrived 1 day earlier than the expected arrival date and was a perfect fit at a fraction of the cost at what an additional battery would have cost from Olympus!Customer Review: Replacement Battery Olympus FE280

Why buy a new battery from Olympus for $45 when you can get a more powerful battery for less than half (cheaper when on special)! We use our FE280 so much the battery doesn't last very long, and since you must remove it to put in the charger, it's a no-brainer to use another one while charging the first.
