Customer Review: Not user friendly

Overall the clock really isn't all that bad. The speakers seem to be fairly good for what I'm after and it does what it's supposed to do, which is to wake me up in the morning. It's easier for me to wake up listening to my favorite songs or podcasts.
The thing I absolutely hate is that this clock is not at all intuitive or user friendly. Shutting off the alarm requires me to find a small button that is among several other buttons of a similar size. This is not something that is good for me early in the morning! Setting the alarm or the time requires the use of two buttons and even after having the alarm for several months, it takes me a second to figure out because each button has multiple functions and it gets confusing.
The clock has two alarms that can be set to different times, and alarm 2 turns out to be the ultimate mystery to me. When I set alarm 2, it decides to go off an hour to an hour and a half earlier than the time I set it for, i.e. if it gets set for 8:00am it will go off at either 6:30am or 7:00am. I have never had an issue with alarm 1, but I can't figure out what's going on with alarm 2.
So in summary, this clock gets the job done, but getting it do what you want requires a manual and possibly doctorate in engineering.
