I have read lots of reviews on this machine. Some had issues. It made you think bad thoughts about it. It really must be a fluke for them, because I've had no issues since taking out of the box. Very easy to set up. nothing to assemble. Plugged it in and I was on my way to a Soy Latte. I am a Starbucks employee, so I was very picky about what the best machine was going to be!!! You cannot go wrong with the price and quality of your drinks!!
