I bought this DVD player so I could play DVDs that we get from family overseas. When we tried to play them, they would not work. I contacted the seller to see what was wrong and they sent an email saying they would help me but they never came through on their promise. I had some doubts about this player based on other reviews, but so far I am pleased with this product. It was easy to set up, the remote is easy to use and the player has played dvds that my other two players refused to play. I like it. It's small, easy to use, and works well. I bought it to watch my region 2 DVD's from the UK. However, it wasn't able to read them. It displayed, "Wrong Region" on the screen, when I placed them into the player. All in all, I'm keeping it to use it as a standard DVD player.Customer Review: seems good and worked without reading manual!

Aftter reading many complaints about systems that were confusing or complicated I was pleasantly surprised when it worked "right out of the box" Simple intuitive controls. The Cyberhome Multi Region code free DVD is an excellent product. We had a lot of region 2 DVD's (BBC serials) which we were addicted to. Thanks to this cheap but excellent region free DVD(the shipping is a bit steep though) we are able to do so. Fast shipping and excellent service.
