OK, it's smaller than I expected, but after living with it, I think it's just the right size. My only complaint is that the power chord plugs into one side of the unit, and the USB chord plugs into the other side of the unit. This just makes for a less convenient configuration of how your wires lay on the desk. It would have been nice if they both plugged into the same side of the unit.
That said, it does what it's supposed to do.
I was suprised however that the system requirements on the box did not mention Windows 7. So, maybe this is an older unit.

I got this product and a wireless keyboard. Plugin new wireless keyboard to usb device. wireless keyboard doesnt work. Plug old keyboard into device. Old keyboard doesn't work. Buy new wireless keyboard. Plug it directly in to computer. Works great. Plug it into usb hub. Doesn't work. Plugin back in to computer. Doesn't work now. All the sudden phone that is plugged in to the usb hub goes from 100% charge to 0%. External hard drives don't work now either. 3 keyboards, phone, 2 hard drives. Dead. Because of this stupid device shorting them out. What do I do about that?Customer Review: Great

What can i say? it gets the job done and has fancy lights. I only use 4 of the 7 but since my laptop only has 2 ports it has greatly eased my frustration of having to constantly plug and unplug my devices. I still havent had the problem with one of the guys here (i think he said some lightening strike shorted out all of his devices including his computer?) anyways, i hope that doesnt happen with me (knock on wood) because so far i havent had any trouble with it. It is a little slower for a high speed USB port, but in all honesty it works great and if ever need another I will buy thisCustomer Review: Great LITTLE Hub!

The one other reviewer was right on when they said this unit is much smaller than the photos make it look. I was a little worried this was a bit large for my desk area. It ISN'T large at all, see the pix I posted.
Unit works great and I am pleased. Some small nitpicky things are: The power brick is kinda big, the LED is really bright, and you do not use the normal A--B USB cord to connect the hub to the PC... you use an A--MiniUSB cord. Not a big deal, but I have lots of 8ft AB cords but no long A--Mini. The 5' cord that comes with it is too short for me. Thanks for reading.

While I am very satisfied with my CyberPower High Speed Port, I am also a technilogically challenged senior. I needed a 2.0 USB for my computer and thought THAT was what I was buying. My son showed me that it was indeed just a hub which needed to be plugged into a 2.0 in order to provide extra USB ports that I needed. It works fine in my laptop but my desktop is too old. So basically it did not do what I needed it for in the first place which was not the fault of the product, just a slower mind (MINE) My son just bought one for the same price and was most envious of mine.
