The microphone quality is nice and the sound quality is nice too. I can't wear them very long before it starts to press on my ears and make it a bit uncomfortable though. The cord is nice and long and the mic is adjustable. You can wear the mic on either side of your head. Pretty nice for the price. At first I thought the sound had no lower tones to it, but that was just me plugging the headphone into the wrong jack on my computer so the sound wasn't as good. This is the second headset I have purchased that has completely fallen apart. The microphone cuts out every thirty seconds, it does not allow me to change positions or even breathe without interrupting service. I suppose if there were bombs and landmines going off, this constant unnerving field of disturbance might just compete with the inferior quality provide the fine folks at Cyber Acoustics, whom I suggest be renamed "Diaper O'Poosticks".
PS- Consumers, don't waste your money.

The sound is good both in the cans and in the mic. Not great, but when I voip from the laptop most people have no idea I'm not calling from a land line. They're a little stiff, and can kind of make your ears sore if, like me, you have a large head, but I suspect that if you head is a normal size or smaller this is probably a plus. Overall, I think it's a better headset (at least for sound quality) than the much more expensive one I have at the office. It makes working from home much easier on weather days.Customer Review: Second Set!

Just ordered a second set of these headphones and mic, very confortable, toally adjustable, and the sound is perfect for online gaming. I use these primarly for gaming, shooter style games, lots of explosions and sound effects, and these headphones make it atleast 9 times better. I speak to other players online, thru mic, and several have asked what Im using, because Im clear as day. I ordered a second pair for my wife. I payed 19.99 at best buy for exact same set. Great Deal! Great sound!

Customer Review: Tight and no volumne control

I am returning these because they lack the inline volume control and that feature was important to me. Before I realized that there was no inline volume control I opened the package and tried the headphones. I was using Google Voice and called my land line and left a message on my answer machine. The sound quality was very good so no complaints there. I've always had a problem with headphones being too big but these are quite tight and I found them uncomfortable. Especially while wearing eyeglasses.
