I bought several of these as gifts. Although I didn't give out these gifts yet, I will rate them since I owned one for years. I've put mine on the monitor and use regular headphones (no microphone) which gives me a lot of options. I don't have to get a headphone with built-in microphone that is bulkier and prone to damage. In addition, being on the monitor, there is less chance of being damaged. My family and friends keep changing headphones because their microphones keep breaking (the ear pieces are still functioning and they still can hear me but I can't hear them). So I decided to buy them all these microphones as gifts and save them money on headphones. Also, you can't go wrong with the excellent price.
