Was initially frustrated in using the Zen. The controls seemed to be either overly sensitive or not responsive at all. Within a day I was getting used to it and now I'm very happy and impressed with its operation. After ripping about half of my CD's on Windows Media Player, I've discovered the 30 GB capacity on the Zen is not going to be enough. I use my Zen in my car (using the casette method). I've connected all of my audio systems in my house to the Zen. With hundreds (thousands) of songs and using the shuffle feature, this is a great way to listen to my collection of music. I really like the idea of cataloging all of my music. Ear plugs are a negative as well as the instruction booklet. Otherwise, I think the Zen is Great!Customer Review: Lets face facts

I dont own this mp3 but I have an Ipod video 30G.
People are saying that this sucks because its only 30g and the ipod offers the 60g.
Thats a lie...with this ceative zen:M you can compress your songs and make them WMA and it can hold as if it was a 60g.
If you have a song that last for like 4 min and is in the MP3 format, you may want to burn it in a CD and then save it on the WMA format on "windows media player" (Thats the easy way and the FREE way to do it.) and tranfer it to the creative and my friend you will have a 60g creative IPOD KILLER.
There are some programs to compress your songs and even your videos. I might be buying this one but in BLK looks better.

The Zen M is an awesome player. Music quality is great and what is even better is the video and picture quality. The screen on the ZVM is amazing. There are infinate ways to transfer files onto the zen m(unlike the ipod) and each of them is extremely easy. The Zen is compatible with pretty much any file which is a nice feature. I personally put a lot of videos onto the Zen and watch them on my TV using the AV cable(sold separately...10 bucks on ebay). Videos transfer in about a minute but rarely they will have to conver which takes between 30 and 90 minutes. I either way, it is always faster than burning a DVD and I dont have to worry about scratches or skipping. There is no quality loss when playing movies through the Zen.Customer Review: It looks really cool, but I haven't been able to see on yet.

I have bought a creative zen vision:m through amazon. I was promised one in 2-3 days. It has been over three weeks and the delivery date has now changed to make it 5 weeks. I just want you people out there to know that if you want to get this item through Amazon, it will take a long time. I like Amazon.com and usually get my item by the time promised. I guess this item is going to be out of stock for a while. Do not put your hopes on the promised 1-2 weeks on the add. It will take far longer than that. I'm still waiting for mine. Hope this helps all of you who plan on getting on through amazon. Again, amazon.com is great, but this item will be out of stock for a while and they will not update their add to show that.Customer Review: EXCELLENT!!!!! No need for IPOD after you use this marvel.

It's MY first media player, but I have tried many IPODs, and the only disadvantage the Zen Vision:M has against a 30GB IPOD is the size/weight.
The built in FM receiver and voice recorder are great, they work very nice. The video and sound quality are excellent, and you have to add the utility that allows you to use part of it as removable disk. Great device. The voice recorder allows you to record up to 10 hs of anything you desire, and it is a pitty that the documentation does not say anything about this feature. You can record from a low volume source at about 5 meters. The FM receiver has good capabilities. No doubt, best device I have ever used.
