I'm an IPOD owner who was tempted by additional features and better price. I was not let down. FM reception is not stellar, but at least it has the feature. Savings was significant. Bought this for my son at Christmas. He loves it. Had a problem with the first one though. I contacted Amazon by email on Christmas night and recieve a response within a couple hours. They had us print up a shipping lable and told us to wait until the new one arived in a few days and to check out the new one before returning the defective one. They are great. Product itself is easy to use and my son uses it daily. Recomend it. Customer Review: ok MP3

I ordered this as our sons first MP3.
It was hard to figure out how to use at first, the touch pad was too sensitive. Even on low sensitivity it is still somewhat touchy. Our son can operate it better than his Dad or I can. We don't have the patience to deal with a supersensitive pad that we keep flying by our choices with.
Needless to say, our son LOVES it!
The store we bought it from sent it right away and they had great customer service.
