I got this bundled with a 2nd gen VadoHD in a "Sportsman's package" primarily because of two included accessories- the travel battery charger and spare battery, which is a $15 savings over buying all 3 separately. The 2 extra rubber body cases are a plus but not a deal maker because the VadoHD already comes with a translucent white one.

The key feature of this charger is that it can charge a battery separately from the Vado, which is huge benefit because the Vado is not operable while it's being charged through its USB connector, which also takes 7-8 hours.
However, when I received my order I got a basic black charger with a DC to USB cable that only charges the Vado through its USB connector! This is a bait-and-switch! Who needs that when you can charge it that way from any PC or laptop's USB port?!?
I emailed Creative last week but I still haven't heard back from them.
Do NOT order this if you really want the 2-hour travel charger.
The included battery is a genuine Creative battery of the same capacity as the original and the extra rubber cases are fine as fashion accessories but I don't think the one that came with the VadoHD will wear out so that anyone would need two more.
