Customer Review: Good inexpensive case but not durable at all

I bought two of these cases, red and pink, one for me and one for my wife about a year ago. The case was exactly what we were looking for as far as type of material, it is a polycarbonate not that grip stuff that seems to collect lint and everything else on it. The first thing we noticed about these cases is they didn't quite fit right. They fit around our iPhones, yes, but one side left a small gap as if it had been warped. This did NOT affect functionality but did allow dirt, dust and other junk to accumulate between the case and the back of the iPhone which would need to be cleaned out periodically in order not to scratch up the back. After having them for about 6 months the corner of my wife's case chipped off and soon after so did mine. Another side piece soon broke off mine as well and not even from dropping it. So I'll say this item is okay since it is inexpensive but probably won't last more than 6 months without cracking or breaking even if you don't drop it.
