This IS NOT a toner cartridge, just the bare bones chasis with the the place where the cartridge should be......empty.

I called and got a voicemail that they would call back, i called them six times and still got the voicemail.

This is a very misleading title at the top, it clearly say:

"Photobrite Compatible for Brother DR500 Printer Cartridge"

and it is not.

I have returned it to Amazon, very dissapointed. No customer service with this company.
