I haven't had any problems w/ the toner cartridges. They work in my HP P1006 just fine - seem to last an appropriate amount of time, no leaking or jams or strange behavior (I mention this only because I see in other reviews that some people have received defective cartridges). The one thing that will ensure that I will NEVER order from this seller again is the fact that they do not offer any shipping options. So, lo-and-behold, they shipped my order via FedEx Home Delivery (which is NOT the same as any other FedEx service) and simply does not exist on the wide spectrum. I'm a busy person so I'm rarely home. So, of course, I missed all 3 delivery attempts. And because FedEx offers poor service, after several phone calls and failed attempts to have it re-delivered, they held it for me about 50 miles round trip away from where I live - in the ghetto. I couldn't believe that FedEx "Home Delivery" did not have a single office in Los Angeles County. This ordeal caused the receipt of my order to extend over 3 weeks. Now, this may all sound like Fed Ex's fault, so why am I taking it out on the toner product seller? Because we CHOOSE who we do business with. I never thought I'd say it - but I really would have preferred standard USPS. I can't imagine that FedEx Home Delivery is possibly cheaper than USPS. The toner seller needs to, at the least, tell us in advance how our product will be shipped - especially since they charge us for shipping. No more surprises for me - I'm willing to pay a few more dollars to get my product shipped directly to me.
