Customer Review: Avoid Dealing With Factory Depot

I don't write reviews on Amazon unless I had a really positive or a really negative shopping experience. I'm afraid this was the latter. I ordered this toner for my Canon printer when it showed the "TONER LOW" message. By the delivery date, I didn't have my toner, and it was now showing "TONER OUT." I contacted the seller, Factory Depot, through Amazon. No reply. I then filed a claim, and when I filed the claim, tracking info (which had not been available before for some reason) suddenly became available. I called FedEx, and they said they had my correct address, but for some reason had been unable to deliver the package. Five days later, I finally got a call from Factory Depot. They said that FedEx still had the package, and I should call them to reschedule delivery. I called FedEx, and they said they would deliver the package the next day. The next day, I didn't get a package - instead, I got a refund, which I didn't request.
So now I've been out of toner for 10 days, and I don't expect to receive any toner, and I'll have to order again (from another seller!) and wait several more days, thanks to the incompetence and crummy customer service of the good people at Factory Depot. I just wish there was a way to leave zero stars.
