Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Coby DP702 7-Inch Widescreen Digital Photo Frame (Woodgrain)Customer Review: good *for the price* Summary: 3 Stars
I bought this for my mom as a first digital photo frame. She is very happy with it. Likes the woodgrain finish, can figure out the features, and enjoys using it. The photo quality isn't great, but I paid about half the list price for it, so for that price it's fine. I wouldn't pay the list price - you can get a better frame for that much - but if you find it on sale like I did, go for it.
Customer Review: Total crap Summary: 1 Stars
I don't know if the person that wrote the review really bought it... but I bought this at Sears for [...]... and it's the worst thing I got. It's good price for 7inch frame! But to good to be true... really. I recommend to go any store and see it first, because the quality is cheap, pictures looks awful. Don't believe me until you see it working. Don't waste your money.
Customer Review: Poor picture quality, buggy with USB device Summary: 1 Stars
Poor picture quality. Connected to my laptop thru USB port, external drives appeared in "My Computer" but was not accessible, so I could't copy file to the picture frame. I also tried to connect a USB drive to the picture frame, but the slide show was not running smoothly at all. It was stuck at one picture and showed that picture again and again. Very disappointed.
Customer Review: Poor quality compared to others Summary: 1 Stars
I have only used the kodak and the smart parts brands. However, compared to both of those brands this one is far inferior. I ordered 5 frames. Three were smart parts and 2 were Colby. I disliked this brand so much that I payed the return shipping even though these were gifts and ordered the smart part brand for the two.
Customer Review: Review of Coby digital photo frame Summary: 5 Stars
The Coby woodgrain 7 inch picture frame is just what I wanted. It is a widescreen frame, and with a 2 gb card it will hold many pictures for viewing. This was the kind of frame that I needed to hold all the pictures that I needed to put on one frame. Now I can see family living away as often as I want.
