I purchase 2 of these frames as Christmas gifts. One has had problems. At first it would only show a small number of the images in the slide show. Now it won't show any. I just emailed COBY customer service for the second time. I received no response the first time. I have another frame by a different manufacturer that has operated flawlessly for 3 years. If Coby doesn't respond to me this time I will be telling everyone I know to never buy a Coby product.Customer Review: Don't buy this!

I thought I was getting a great deal with this digital photo frame and was very excited. I now know why it didn't detail the specs of it because the picture was awful. There was no way I was giving it to my parents and for $30 I wuoldn't even keep it for myself. It was more complicated to use than others, although it had a few cool features. I sent it back the day after I opened it and bought a Kodak. The Kodak is worth the extra money and looks great!Customer Review: Worth the price

This product is not one of the top high quality product but is certainly worth the price. I tried using different media and it worked well with them. When I tried a video the voice was coming properly but that could be problem with video too. Did not try other videos. The view of the frame changes based on how you position the frame. So if you dont see the photos clearly then try changing the angel of frame and things might improve.Customer Review: Not so great

I purchased this product as a gift for my parents who live across the states. I was dissapointed that it had so little internal memory, I had to go purchase a zip drive and fill it with pictures. The remote that comes with the frame is a complete exercise in frustration. I ended up giving up and formating all the pictures on my computer first. After sending it I actually felt bad for cursing my parents with it.Customer Review: Great Photo Frame

Can't say too much about this photo frame, bought it as a Christmas gift and my sister loved it. That's all I've got, makes a great gift! No complaints since she's started using it. Good luck!
Also, puchased with this Sandisk 8GB SDHC Memory Card (SDSDB-8192, Bulk Package) and it turned out perfectly.
