I bought this SDHC card reader because I was having some problems transferring a video I made from my camera to my computer, for editing and making DVDs. My thinking was that I would buy this SDHC card reader and then take the SDHC card with the video out of my camera and just plug it into the SDHC card reader and get it to my computer that way. I have now done this several times and this SDHC card reader has worked perfectly every time on both SD and SDHC cards. No complaints. I have an old laptop that doesn't read SDHC, but a new digital camera that can use SDHC - this inexpensive little gadget did the trick perfectly and is small enough to fit into the camera case that I have. Well worth the few bucks that I spent on it for sure & SDHC is so cheap my Canon SD1100 camera will fit over 10,000 pictures or over an hour of movie clips - all can be copied direct onto my laptop very quickly & conveniently via USB.Customer Review: You get what you paid for

When i first recieved this item it came with a gps device i had bought from amazon. putting it into the pc it could open the sd card, but i cant do anything to it. It just locks up and freeze, now it can sense that i plugged something into the usb slot but it says please insert a disc when i try to open up the drive for the usb. I bought a different reader it works perfect compared to this piece of crap.Customer Review: Good price, reader works just fine.

I needed an SDHC card reader to accommodate the SDHC cards for my new Canon SX10, as I found out that my in-built, front-side multi-reader is not SDHC compatible. The cards reader is solid, simple and small. Plus I got it here for less than I could have at any store. $0.32 for the card with $4.50 in shipping is humorous in a ludicrous sort of way, but as price goes, I came out on top, so I'm happy.Customer Review: Love it

I love this little guy! Fabulous size, great for quickly getting data off cards. I also use it to carry around an extra card, and feel comfortable doing so thanks to the second cap over the space where the card goes (no dirt or shmutz). It's nice that the cap fits on over a card when it's in there. I'm also impressed I haven't lost either of the caps yet... so they must fit on well. ;)
