The installation of this item was straight forward with the exception of the crimps that are used to secure the length of the bands that go around the chimney. Exact and specific directions of thier use would have been helpful, since I was never able to crimp them sufficiently to prevent the bands from slightly sliding once I tightened the nuts.
The product could have been improved upon, and time would have been saved if the band was already attached to one of the tightening eyelets by the manufacturer.
