The bag itself seems pretty durable, and it has tons of space inside. The main downside is the weird latch system that it uses. The flap has a hole in it, which goes around this metal piece that sticks out. You have to thread the strap though that, but it's nearly impossible unless the bag is empty, or you have your hand inside the bag to hold it steady.Customer Review: Oversize bag with many uses

I am very happy with my bag. It is stylish and very useful. I was able to fit my 15.4 dell in the computer slot then another mac computer just in the messenger slot. Great bag for the student or professional. It holds quite a bit, but I wouldn't load it up unless I had particularly strong shoulders.
The buckle is a bit tricky, but its stylish and that counts for a lot. I've gotten many compliments on the bag.

This bag is HUUUUUUUGE, I mean it. I think I'll fit in my laptop, cooling fan, adapters, a notebook or two, a cellphone, an iPod, and it wouldn't be full.
