Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Case Logic SLRC-5 SLR Camera Backpack (Black/Gray)Customer Review: Love this camera case Summary: 5 Stars
I love this case. The sling holds the camera in place, so I can open bag with one hand while holding strap with other and take out camera without having to set bag down. Everything does not spill out of this bag and you don't have to set it down flat on ground to dig out your camera or other equipment. The zippers stay securely shut and there is plenty of room for other lenses, filters, etc. I find sometimes I overload the bag with too much weight to carry!
Customer Review: Much better than a standard shoulder camera bag Summary: 5 Stars
Before purchasing this bag I was using a bag with a single shoulder strap and I was tired of all the weight on one side. This backpack bag is so much more comfortable. I am currently carrying a camera with lens and battery grip attached, a telephoto lens, flash, mini tripod, and tons of small accessories, and I still have plenty of room to expand and carry a few more lenses. I am very pleased with this purchase.
Customer Review: Great Value Summary: 4 Stars
I am very happy with the Case Logic SLRC-5-SLR camera backpack. It is very sturdy and had plenty of room for 3 cameras: one point and shoot, one video, and one dslr with lens; as well as rechargers and batteries for all three. The bag sits nicely without tipping over and is comfortable to carry (although I have not carried it for long distances). I believe this bag is a good value for the money.
Customer Review: Awkward feel but functional Summary: 3 Stars
For me this backpack does not fit well. But as for carrying an SLR body, two lens, a video camera and spare bateries, filters; it can hold it. If you plan on constantly pulling out the camera for use I would use an over the should bag instead. But if you are carrying a long way then this would be a good option.
Customer Review: Tight fit for semi-pro DSLR. Summary: 3 Stars
I tried to fit my Nikon D200 but the width is a bit tight as laid out in the photo. Maybe if you try the smaller DSLRs like the D40, 60, 90.. it might fit smoother but I don't know bc I don't have those. Side zippered pockets are a bit tight and only good for memory cards or anything thin - batteries fits ok.
