Customer Review: Slow zippers and awkward access

The plastic zippers on this product are slow to operate, somewhat sticky, you really have to tug on them. The rubber zipper tabs feel as if they will eventually break off, but I didn't give them a chance, as I returned this item right away.
For each compartment of this backpack, the access flap is slightly too small. The advantage, I suppose, is if you want to walk around with the backpack flaps open; nothing will fall out! However, it is hard to get the camera and lenses in and out of the bag, requiring a little pushing and fenagling to get the object through the opening and into the roomier compartment.
The lower flap opens onto four slots for a lens; my lenses are 77mm in diameter, and fit nicely into these compartments, after a brief wrestle to get the lens past the zippered opening. The compartments have removable velcro straps to hold the lenses inside the slots, and the four compartments are resizeable and movable, being made up of velcroed panels.
The upper compartment has a sling for the camera, intending that you put the lens through the hole in the sling and the camera rests suspended in this compartment. However, the hole in the sling is not large enough for my 77mm-diameter lenses, and the compartment is not quite deep enough for the camera to be stored vertically. I had to remove the sling and place my camera resting on its side in this compartment.
I have a Canon EOS Rebel XT; example lens size is 77mm diameter by 3 inches long. I decided that struggling with the zippers and too-small enclosure openings every time I went to grab my camera would be too frustrating, and I returned this product.
