Digital Cameras Photo Reviews of Case Logic BNW-24 Polyester CD/DVD Wallet 24 Capacity (Black)Customer Review: Good Value for Money; No Place for Label Summary: 4 Stars
This CD case is well made, has 12 sleeves with a divider in each so you can store 24 CD's/DVD's, and is better value for money than other CD cases I have used in the past.
The major flaw that I found with this case is that it has no place to put a label. None of the sticky paper labels stick to the nylon case. Common uses of CD cases include storing your own burnt music/voice CD's, data CD's, music to carry in car, X-rays/MRI Cd's etc. Each one of us probably has multiple cases and so they need labels to differentiate. I have not figured out how to label these cases.
Another minor flaw is lack of carrying handle, despite the description on the web site explicitly stating the inclusion of one. At least mine did not have one.
Overall, it is good value for money.
Customer Review: Wow, a 25 year warranty! Summary: 5 Stars
I own several Cage Logic camera cases and they never wear out, this CD case is no exception. Quality construction, 25 year warranty, easy-working zipper, there's nothing at all to hate about this case. I don't care that there is no place for a label, since I make my own CD labels. This fits the bill for my intentions, which is a small case to carry some CD's along with me in my car. It is a little larger in size than what I thought it would be, but that's OK, it still fits in my console. Also, the picture that is shown here shows a blue interior, it is black, not blue. I've seen this same case in local stores, the price here on Amazon is half what the stores charge for the same model case.
Customer Review: A fully functional case Summary: 4 Stars
It isn't a hard shell case but easily sturdy enough to offer adequate protection to the CDs inserted. Any zippered case can potential scratch your CDs if you aren't paying attention when you insert CDs, even the most expensive cases, so the comment about the zipper possibly damaging the CDs was irrelevant. The sleeves hold CDs just fine.
If you want a CD case that hold up to 24 discs, zips shut so you can toss the case onto the car seat and jump in, then this case will work perfectly fine. Nothing in the case's construction suggests it will fall apart any sooner than any expensive case. It seems like a very good buy.
Customer Review: Great for the price! Summary: 5 Stars
I ordered two of these, and am thinking of ordering a third.
I needed somewhere I could store my 3 year old son's dvds so I don't have to constantly put DVD cases back on the shelf. He can zip it open and pull out dvds with ease and without scratching.
It's not incredibly "nice" looking, but it is efficient and priced perfectly. I would recommend it.
Customer Review: Case Logic never disappoints me...... Summary: 5 Stars
Great, solid construction, inside and out. Very durable, and gives enough free space for expansion, so when it's filled, it will still close comfortably. Discs slide smoothly in and out of sleeves. Case logic knows what they're doing when it comes to disc protection - I've never been disappointed with this brand!
