Seems like a good idea, but beware...the compatibility claims listed in ads and on the package turn out NOT to be generic for each brand listed. Chances are good that you will have to purchase additional connectors for your specific gadgets, even if they are one of the brands listed, and are very current. You can easily end up spending half again the purchase price by the time you obtain the necessary connectors for your devices! Also, your iPODs and iPHONES do NOT directly connect to the callpod. You must lug along your iPOD or iPHONE USB connector cords as well(Probably a patent issue with the iPOD connector). In ad photos the white iPOD USB cord is there, but cleverly minimized by curling it under the iPOD on display. It's very easy to miss this (I did). It's disappointing to pay this much for a power brick and find out you can't even use it until you get online to the manufacturer and cough up even more money for the appropriate connectors.
