I already bought two of these cables and they all work great. I bought these cables for my Toshiba HD DVD player and I always get great picture and sound. Also a friend of mine recently bought HDMI monster cables for $85 because he thought his PS3 was going to look better with those expensive cables, so I told him to try out these cables and he said he saw no difference. So he went back to the store and return the monster cables, and he told me to order him some of these. Don't get fool by those big name brand cables. These cables will do the same as other expensive cables.Customer Review: Cheap cable same Picture Quality, Less durability in this case.

You're not going to get a better picture spending more for an HDMI cable. However, if you buy a cheap cable, you're more likely to get one that'll break easily. That is exactly what happened to one of these cables I bought. The connector on one end of the cable broke the first day I got it as I plugged it in a jack a couple times while setting up my home theater system. (Fortunately I should be able to get a full refund from Amazon).
I would recommend the Impact Acoustics cable over this one. It may be a couple bucks more, but it feels much more sturdy.

Okay, admit it you are concerned about buying a cable THIS much cheaper than the name brand products and the recommendation of others. I was too until I opened the package and plugged it in to my new Sony DVD Player (Sony DVPNC85H/B 5-Disc HDMI Progressive Scan DVD, EXCELLENT PRODUCT by the way).
The upconversion was recognized (at 720p and 1080i), the picture is crystal clear and my movies look stunning on my 73" Mitsubishi DLP. Save your money, this cable is more than acceptable. Any improvement for the $60+ would likely be unnoticeable to the human eye.
Customer Review: Loose connection after couple of weeks

The connection for reason became loose after a little while. So, whenever I move my monitor or my ps3, I need to spend couple of minutes of wiggling to get the connection to be stable. At first, it was just one end, then later, both ends became in this state. Another cable that I got did not have this problem. The connection was sturdy from the start. Potentially, this is not because of the metal connector but the plastic casing that is supposed to keep the connector from angling.
Had to ditch the cable and get a new one only after 3 months of use.
Customer Review: Don't be fooled by EXPENSIVE CABLES

Digital signals unlike older analog and prior types were subject to interference and snowy picture. Digital is Binary (011010, etc) so its different in that either you get a signal or you do not. You don't need $79 HDMI cable at all because it is wrapped 10x and gas injected tubing and blah blah.
Point is I use this to hook my Samsung Blu-ray Player to my LED (not LCD), brand new Samsung and people freak out when they see the picture clarity. It looks like a window into a movie using a $10 dollar cable. That's marketing for ya of the expensive ones.
