This is a Cat6 Orange crossover cable and it works great for the purpose I got it. I have it running from my HTPC (Home Theater Personal Computer) to my Panasonic TC-P54G25 HDTV with Viera Cast. Hook up was a snap, just plugged in the cable, bridged the connections in Windows 7 and it runs fine. I suppose you could also hook it up to a PS3 as a wireless bridge to get N speeds if you have FiOS.
