Customer Review: Perfect no-brainer extension cable

I've gotten into the habit of wearing a headset to listen to my TV.. it gives me great sound without disturbing others, AND gives me better listening pleasure in that I don't have to crank up the volume to hear over the other noises in the house.
When my headset broke, after MANY years of daily use, I was bummed, really didn't want to invest that much money in a new headset just to watch TV. Since I use earbuds with my MP3 player to listen to audio books when not at the computer (where the TV is) I decided that maybe I should look at an extension cable so that I could just use the ear buds and not have to switch back and forth.
And so I ordered this. And it is doing EXACTLY what I needed. Just plug it in to the source, then to the earbuds.. and I'm good to go. Now when I leave the puter I just disconnect the ear buds cord from the extension and plug into the MP3 player, start up the audio book and off I go.. No more fumbling with swapping between headset and ear bugs and hanging one or the other to grab the next time I need it.
I'm VERY pleased.
