It took ages for me to figure out that the reason my monitor wasn't displaying at the right resolution was that I was only using a single link cable. Once I got smart and realized that I needed a dual link cable, I spent an entire day going to every computer shop in town trying to find one. I looked in a dozen places, finally finding one at an office supply chain store . . . for $70. No way was I paying that. So, I came home and ordered this one for a small fraction of the price, then sat back and waited for only four or five days until it arrived.
It works perfectly, and does exactly what I need it to do. it's a good, sturdy cable, and transmits the signal clearly. I'm very pleased with both it, and the price that I paid for it.
