When I was replacing my old Audio/ Video system I could have spent $50 or more for each of the HDMI cords I needed. However, knowing I would need several cords, I could not see tying up that kind of money without at least trying these much lower cost cords that were a faction of what some of the name brand cords charge. Granted, they are only 6 feet in length, but unless your components are stretched across the room, 6 feet should be fine. I bought 10 of these HDMI cords and they work perfectly. This HDMI cable will do you just fine. This works as good, if not better, as the high end, gold plated Monster cables. If you think your HDTV doesn't look as good as the ones in Best Buy, try calibrating the TV instead. It will do wonders. Make a wise decision and buy yourself the pair of shoes you have been looking for with the saving.Customer Review: Standard

I own like 4 of these cable for my devices, not problem whatsoever with any of them and this one is no exception because nowadays all of these cables have droped their price and all with the same quality, just be sure that wichever you choose just be sure that it has gold platted in the end like this one

I own several of these cables, and they all work great. I use them to hook up my DVR, DVD changer with surround sound system, and PS3, to my 61" Samsung LED DLP. You can buy these for $10, or you can spend $80 each for "Monster Cables". If you truly believe Monster's claim that their magical cables will give you the "sharpest picture, deepest color, and smoothest video", then go for it. I can see how they got away with their nonsense when using analog cables, but their digital HDMI cables will do nothing more than these $10 HDMI 1.3a Compliant Cables. Does exactly what it needs to do and slightly a bit more. I originally was using a $3 cable purchased online. I've noticed a slight improvement in picture quality from my previous cable and this one seems much more beefy. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable quality HDMI cable for their television.
