Customer Review: Poor Quality Cables!

I bought two of these cables for both my XBOX 360 and PS3. One cable works fine; while it is a little loose when plugged into my hardware it still works ok. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the second cable...the actual metal part of the connector was moving around in the plastic part of the connector. So that cable was useless! Since the cable that works ok is a little loose in my HDMI ports I've decided to return both, because I really shouldn't have to settle for a cable that doesn't fit securely into my $450 PS3. I must say that I was surprised at the poor quality of the cables, given it was sold directly by Amazon. I'm going to try another cable from Amazon.com and see how that works in an effort to avoid spending $130 on some overpriced Monster cable. It definitely won't be from Amazon directly though, as it appears that Audio/Video equipment is not a strong point for them.Customer Review: good price and expected performance

I hooked up my 52 inch LCD HDTV to an Acer desktop, which has integrated GeForce graphics with native HDMI output. Been using the setup for weeks now and have absolutely no complaints. As a side note, if you're using your computer with a LCD monitor, and you have the choice of using either digital connection (HDMI or DVI) or analog (VGA) - ALWAYS go with digital. This HDMI cable, for example, costs you 10 bucks, and it will be a worthy investment in general. All modern graphics cards will output digital signals, using VGA connection will add load to the graphics for D2A conversation. Not significant, but why convert when you are in a digital world?Customer Review: Buyer beware

When I saw this HDMI cable offered on Amazon Vine, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to ditch my component cable and upgrade to glorious 1080p resolution. After hooking up this cable to my Samsung 40A850 flat screen from my digital cable box I lost the sound. I tried this cable on the upstairs HD TV and had the same problem. Not to be deterred, I went out to a chain department store and brought an overpriced cable which worked perfectly. Judging from other reviews it could be possible that the factory in China that produces this item might have quality control issues. On a positive note: Amazon offers a 30 day full refund policy.Customer Review: Much Better than Expected

A few weeks ago I purchased an HDMI cable of insignificant cost. Many have said that an HDMI cable is the same regardless of whom you buy it from. With the receipt of this cable I am satisfied that that this cable is considerably better than my other one. I watched the picture of the previous cable on a 22" Samsung hooked to my DVD Recorder. Please understand that I do not have the fancy electronic devices that would permit an actual scientific comparison. I then disconnected the old cable and replace it with the new cable. There was a significant difference in picture and sound quality. To me it is worth the minor difference in cost.Customer Review: Just as good as the overpriced "Monster" cables

I've never understood why people insist on believing that more expensive is better. I've been buying cheap cables off Amazon for years, and have never been displeased. This cable is no exception. HDMI 1.3 cables all have to abide by the same standards, and thsuly, it is PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE for this cable to be any worse (or better) than a $70 cable you purchase at Best Buy (or your favorite local electronics store). As for those that cite problems with the cable... problem's can occur in manufacturing or transport of any product, Amazon will exchange it if it does not work. I strongly encourage everybody to purchase this cable.
