Customer Review: Batteries do not work with D90 and bad customer service

I bought this kit as a gift for a friend 3 weeks prior to the event for which it was intended, which is one week after the full refund guarantee expires. After she opened the gift, she tried the batteries with her D90 and they did not fit. She returned to the kit to me and I got her something right away that does fit her D90 instead. Then, I wrote an eMail to Cameta Camera. No response. I wrote another one. Again, no response. I called today and learned that my only option is that I can return them for an exchange for different D90 batteries (bearing shipping costs myself). I don't have a D90 camera (I have something else) and I don't plan to buy one just so I can utilize my groovy replacement batteries (on the off chance that they might accidently fit), so essentially I am out the money for the kit. Today, I see in the Amazon reviews that there are other people who have found that these batteries do not fit their D90 either. Cameta Camera's product is probably great for some cameras, but they need to stop advertising that it fits a D90, or find out why there are some D90s it fits and others it does not fit, and provide that information in the product description. (Maybe there are different "models" of the D90 or something, or variations depending on year of manufacture..?) I realize that when I finally found the time to call them (after they did not reply to my two emails), that it was a long time since the guarantee had expired, but it wouldn't have mattered since it was given as a gift which wasn't opened until after the guarantee expired anyway. I think Cameta Camera has very bad customer service and I would rather spend twice as much for something I need for my cameras somewhere else, than to ever give them any of my business again.
