It is not, as further adaptor plug (not included) is required to use this item in several locations, including the UK, Ireland, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Kenya, Malaysia, Malta, Mauritius, Nigeria, the Seychelles, Singapore and Sri Lanka. Which rather defeats the object of buying it for 'worldwide usage'.
