Customer Review: not what I ordered

I ordered a CTA MR - BG1 mini battery charger from Thememstore but received a Premium Tech Professional travel charger. It seemed to be the same until I looked at the picture closer. The contact points aren't the same (yes, I put the battery in upside down as instructed on an enclosure with the product) and the battery falls out of the charger anyway- there is nothing to hold it in. Furthermore, the European adapter plug does not fit. Since it was so cheap,(!) there is no point in sending it back and so I'm stuck with it to dispose of.
After writing the above review and to Themenstore
I received a response from them the very next day! They said that the contact points do not have to line up exactly for it to work and that I needed to push the battery in the charger with more force in order for it to stay in place. (I was concerned about damaging a good battery but it was actually easy to do.) So, that seems to have worked. They also acknowledged that there had been problems with the European adapter and they are going to send me a new one that had been provided by the manufacturer as a replacement. So, I have to give 5 stars to Thememstore for their quick response and service. I'm not entirely sure about the product yet - I did buy it to use on a trip and I will need the adapter.
